Dr. Ajay Bhupendra Jaiswal, a Professor and former Head of the Law Department at V.S.S.D. College, Kanpur, affiliated with C.S.J.M. University, specializes in Tort Law, Consumer Protection, Company Law, Insurance Law, Human Rights, and Cyber Law. Holding an LL.M. from Banaras Hindu University and a Ph.D. on Cyber Law, he has authored books like Cyber Laws and Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Law. Dr. Jaiswal has published 23 research papers, supervised 4 doctoral scholars, and serves on editorial boards of journals like Shodh Sanchayan. A life member of prestigious legal institutes, he employs interactive teaching methods and contributes to the National Legal Literacy Mission and Free Legal Aid Cell. He has presented at conferences, delivered lectures, and served as a chief proctor and examiner.
