Lex Scripta – Journal of Law and Policy is a multidisciplinary Double Blind Peer Reviewed Journal academic platform dedicated to promoting quality research and facilitating scholarly discourse on contemporary issues at the intersection of law, governance, public policy, and institutional regulation.
The journal aims to encourage critical engagement with evolving legal frameworks, regulatory mechanisms, and governance structures that shape modern institutions and public administration. Lex Scripta invites original and unpublished manuscripts for its forthcoming edited volume titled:
“Law, Education and Institutional Governance: Legal Frameworks, Accountability and Reform. “Higher education and professional institutions operate within complex frameworks of constitutional principles, statutory regulation, policy frameworks, and institutional governance structures. Questions relating to academic autonomy, accountability, regulatory oversight, accreditation systems, and policy reforms have gained increasing relevance in contemporary academic and policy debates.
This multidisciplinary Journal aims to bring together contributions from scholars and practitioners across disciplines including law, education, public policy, political science, governance studies, public administration, and social sciences.
The objective is to examine how legal and institutional frameworks shape governance, accountability mechanisms, regulatory compliance, and reform processes in higher education and professional institutions in India and globally.

Lex scripta aims to cover various articles which talk about the current legal system and all the laws that are being enacted by the legislature and the reasons behind the same. Here on this platform, we aspire to come up with all burning legal matters that are prevailing in the Indian legal system and society. We intent to make law students and legal enthusiasts to ponder upon the burning legal issues.

The articles under this magazine aim to be simple and yet very informative so that every person unrelated to a legal field finds the articles easy to be understood. Our articles are inspired by the works of renowned advocates and top notch professors of our university. This magazine aims to cover as many legal information’s as possible and intents to attract as many people as possible and help them to get to know about the legal updates and issues prevailing in the current legal scenario. The motive is to make people aware of the legal happenings in the society. We aspire to achieve the aim of making each and every citizen of our country aware of their legal rights. Hence we focus on the current burning legal topics and the articles are very much oriented towards being simple , informative yet easy to understand.
