Dr. Megha Ojha

Dr. Megha Ojha is an academician and legal consultant with extensive experience in both academia and industry. She is currently an Associate Professor of Law at KLEF College of Law, KL (Deemed-to-be) University. In academics, she has previously served as Associate Dean (Research) at IILM Law School, IILM University, Gurugram, and Assistant Professor of Law at NMIMS (Deemed-to-be University).

Her expertise encompasses legal research, teaching, and consultancy, with significant contributions as a Legal Advisor and Consultant to various organizations. She has published research papers in Scopus, Web of Science, and ABDC-indexed journals, authored four books, and contributed multiple scholarly articles and book chapters. Her notable work, “Guide to Geographical Indications: Registration of Geographical Indications in India”, is recommended in the LL.M. IPR syllabus at Indian universities. In addition, she has conducted empirical research, supervised Ph.D. projects, and mentored numerous aspiring legal professionals.
