Mr. Amaresh Patel, is an Assistant Professor at Amity Law School, Amity University, Patna, specialised in Competiton, Arbitration and ADR Mechanism, Jurisprudence and cyber law. He is also the author of best-selling books which includes his “100 Landmark Judgment Series” in Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, among others. He is legal advisor of Into Legal World Foundation (pro bono), a company registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs as Parivritt Enterprises Pvt Ltd. He is also a copyright holder in his book “Data Protection and Data Privacy”.
In the field of R&D, he has published various research pepers in Scopus, WoS and UGC CARE Group 1 journals, covering topics like artificial intelligence, women’s rights, electoral reforms, hate speech, and privacy rights. He also serves as the Editor-in-Chief at the International Journal of Legal Studies and Social Science and has participated in several high-profile national and international conference. He is also reviewer in the International Journal of Law and Management, a WoS and Scopus listed journal.
Apart from his outstanding lectures at several law universities, he has also participated actively in conducting workshops and seminars where contemporary legal issues on topics like marriage law, gender justice, and corporate law. He has also contributed in development of several online certification courses on corporate drafting, competition law and legal drafting. Through this book on “Competition Law” he wants to help law students exploring their career in competition law.
