Mr. Abhishek Mishra is a legal academic currently serving as Assistant Professor of Law at Amity Law School, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, since July 2024 to present. He is UGC-NET qualified in Law (2019) and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Law from Mahakausal University, Jabalpur.
He holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from National Law University, Jodhpur, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Lucknow University. His primary areas of academic and research interest include Intellectual Property Rights, Competition Law, and Taxation Law.
Mr. Mishra has published several research articles in UGC-CARE listed and peer-reviewed journals, with contributions spanning IPR, cyber law, human rights, rule of law, and international legal issues. He has also authored a book chapter on government policy and sustainable development goals (2024).
He actively participates in national and international conferences, faculty development programmes, workshops, and academic webinars, reflecting sustained engagement in legal research, scholarly writing, and contemporary legal education
