His career began wealth management with biggest private bank in India and then in the domains of logistics, supply chain, and distribution, where he gained results-driven experience and deep industry knowledge. Over the years, he transitioned into consulting and leadership development, drawing upon his strong foundation in economic policy, market strategy, and operational excellence.
Recognized as an expert in Design Thinking, Mr. Mukharjee is also certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which he integrates into his coaching and consulting practices.
