Saumyaa Pandey is a practising advocate at the Supreme Court of India and a member of both the Supreme Court Bar Association and the Delhi High Court Bar Association. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Law at Vivek University Law School, Bijnor. She completed her B.A. LL.B. from IMS Unison University, Dehradun, and earned her LL.M. with a specialisation in Criminal Law from Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), Hyderabad, a Central University.

She is the author of several scholarly works, including Juvenile Delinquency Unveiled:
A Cross-Cultural Study of India and the U.S. (ISBN: 978-93-48787-31-6), with a foreword by Hon’ble Justice Vivek Bharti Sharma, Sitting Judge of the High Court of Uttarakhand; Crimes by Women: Misuse/Abuse of Laws – A Critical Analysis (ISBN: 978-81-987457-3-6), with forewords by Hon’ble Justice Subhash Chand, Former Judge of the High Courts of Jharkhand and Allahabad, and Prof. (Dr.) Tabrez Ahmad, Dean, MANUU Law School; and Delving into the Core of Patent Law in India (ISBN: 978-93-49838-73-4), with forewords by Hon’ble Justice Vivek Bharti Sharma and Hon’ble Justice Subhash Chand.
