About the Journal
Lex Scripta – Journal of Law and Policy is a multidisciplinary Double Blind Peer Reviewed academic platform dedicated to promoting quality research and facilitating scholarly discourse on contemporary issues at the intersection of law, governance, public policy, and institutional regulation.
The journal aims to encourage critical engagement with evolving legal frameworks, regulatory mechanisms, and governance structures. For its forthcoming edited volume titled “Law, Education and Institutional Governance: Legal Frameworks, Accountability and Reform,” Lex Scripta invites original and unpublished manuscripts from scholars and practitioners across disciplines.
This volume examines how legal and institutional frameworks shape governance, accountability mechanisms, regulatory compliance, and reform processes in higher education and professional institutions in India and globally.
